FREE SHIPPING ALL OVER INDIA
ZYYL offers free standard shipping on every order, anywhere in India. There is no minimum order value and no hidden delivery charge — the amount you see at checkout is the amount you pay.
Dispatch and delivery time
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed.
- Standard Delivery reaches you in 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Delivery may take longer for remote PIN codes and during festive periods or public holidays.
- All orders are shipped from our facility in Delhi.
Order tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, we email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel to your door.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available across serviceable PIN codes at no extra charge. Please keep the exact order amount ready for the delivery executive, as they may not carry change.
Delivery address
Please double-check your address, PIN code and phone number at checkout. We can only change a delivery address before the order is dispatched — write to us straight away if something is wrong.
Undelivered orders
Our courier partners attempt delivery up to three times. If an order cannot be delivered because nobody is available, the address is incorrect, or a Cash on Delivery order is refused, the parcel is returned to us. Prepaid orders returned to us are refunded in full to the original payment method.
